Who We Are Golden Parklane Adult Family Home has been serving families in Federal Way, WA for over a decade. We are proudly owned and personally operated by a Registered Nurse, who brings years of hands-on experience from hospitals, long-term care facilities, and adult family homes across the region directly into the daily running of our home. As a licensed Private Duty Nursing home, we combine real clinical expertise with the comfort and intimacy of a true home setting.
